Equal Pay Policy

Equal Pay at NXICS

Companies with more than 50 employees must publish their gender equality index. Inscribed in the “Professional Future” law.

  • This barometer is measured based on at least 4 indicators (pay gap, individual increase rate difference, percentage of employees who have benefited from a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave, number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners).
  • The objective of this index is clear: to reduce the pay gap.
  • Each company must obtain a score of 75 out of 100. If this is not the case, the company has 3 years to achieve this objective, under penalty of receiving a fine equivalent to 1% of its payroll.
  • The gender equality index obtained by NXICS for 2023 (reference period) cannot be calculated because the maximum number of points on the indicators that can be calculated is less than 75 points. In fact, NXICS’s result is 15 out 25 points calculated. This is due to the higher representation of men in the company and its work activity in general.
